OMM FZ LLC stands behind all its products, materials and programs. Your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from OMM FZ LLC (including all related website products, telephone sales, and in person purchases) are covered by this Refund Policy and the other policies on the Website.
- General
Prices are subject to change without notice. Offers, discounts and coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Sale prices are only valid during the promotion period advertised.
- Digital download products
For members area course access:
Customers will receive access to OMM FZ LLC's training platform immediately after purchase. If a customer has any difficulties accessing the digital content purchased please contact Olivia Murphy at olivia@oliviamurphymarketing.com.
Purchase of any of OMM FZ LLC's products, training programs or any other materials does not grant any rights whatsoever to the customer to share, reproduce, replicate, resell or commercialise the product in any way whatsoever. The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property and ownership rights in the products, training programs or any other materials purchased from OMM FZ LLC remain the sole and exclusive property of OMM FZ LLC.
The customer further expressly acknowledges and agrees that they have no claim howsoever arising to any intellectual property rights or ownership rights in the products, training material or any other products or materials purchased from OMM FZ LLC.
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. Refunds are not offered on any digital products once such products have been downloaded or digital access has been granted to you.
OMM FZ LLC's policies and agreements relating to downloadable/digital products are not unless
specified in the Service Terms, subject to cancelation, refund or a "cooling off period". No modifications of OMM FZ LLC's policies are permitted and the "no refund and no cancelation" policy stated in the policies and agreements is strictly adhered to. Any cancelations submitted prior to the full payment being completed will only cancel member's services and your monthly invoices will still be payable until the full value of the agreement has been paid in full.
Cancelling or removing the credit or debit card on file does not constitute cancellation of a customer's subscription and violates the terms of the policies and the agreements. If, at any time, a customer has invoices which are more than thirty (30) days overdue, or the customer fails to make three (3) consecutive payments which are due and payable, the customer's account and services will be suspended. Notwithstanding any suspension, the customer will remain liable for the full contract value through the term of the agreement.
- Payment plans
If a product or service is purchased from OMM FZ LLC utilising a monthly payment or instalment plan the customer is responsible for the price of the product of service in full. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited by the customer to OMM FZ LLC and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be immediately removed.
- Account status
In the event a customer's account falls into arrears or is not (in the reasonable opinion of OMM FZ LLC) of satisfactory standing for any reason, certain upgrade incentives such as percentage boosts and one-on-one calls will be rendered inaccessible. OMM FZ LLC reserves the right to withdraw a customer's access to members-only areas and Facebook groups under such circumstances. In the case of a chargeback, all services will be immediately suspended and a lifetime ban will be enforced.
By purchasing any program from OMM FZ LLC, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy together with all other policies and agreements published on the Website. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not purchase anything, or enter into any transaction with OMM FZ LLC.
Customers should periodically review this Refund Policy (together with all other policies and agreements published on the Website) to ensure they are familiar with the most current versions. OMM FZ LLC reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify this policy without prior notice; however, the date of any effective changes shall be reflected at the bottom of this page.
